Terms of Use

BetCrews is a coordination and record-keeping tool for groups of friends who bet together. We display odds published by third-party sportsbooks, collect your group's votes, and keep a timestamped record of what was picked and how it graded.

We are not a sportsbook and we are not a money transmitter. We do not accept wagers, we never take custody of your funds, and no bet is ever placed by us on your behalf.

If a member of your crew chooses to place a wager that matches a crew pick, they do that on their own, at a licensed sportsbook, under their own account, entirely off BetCrews. That is their decision and their responsibility — not something the crew or this site arranges.

BetCrews scores picks in units, not dollars. A unit is a scorekeeping size your crew agrees on; it is not a currency, a balance, or a claim on anything. We do not track, record, hold, route, or settle payments of any kind, and we cannot verify, reverse, freeze, or recover anything members exchange between themselves.

You must be at least 21 years old to hold a BetCrews account or to use any pick, crew, contest, or sportsbook-link feature. This 21+ floor applies everywhere, even in states whose own wagering age is lower. We ask you to confirm your age before picks unlock, and accounts that misstate age may be suspended or removed along with their standings and prize eligibility.

Sportsbook links are limited further, to states with a legal online market and at that state's wagering age. You are responsible for knowing what is legal where you are and for complying with the terms of any sportsbook you use.

Betting is prohibited for anyone with inside knowledge of a contest — athletes, coaches, officials, and staff — and for anyone on a self-exclusion list. Do not use BetCrews to coordinate wagers you are not permitted to place.

Creating a crew, voting the board, the waiver wire, and contests are free. We never take a cut of anything, because nothing of value moves through BetCrews. Any paid subscription we offer in the future covers optional tools only, and will be priced up front before you are charged.

Lines, injuries, weather, and scores come from third-party feeds and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Numbers shown here are for reference only — the price you actually get is whatever the sportsbook gives you at the moment your crew admin places the bet. Always confirm the number at the book before placing.

Picks are timestamped when they lock and cannot be edited after the fact. That is the point of the product. Performance figures shown anywhere on this site — win rates, ROI, crew-versus-solo comparisons — describe tickets that already settled.

Past results do not predict future results. Nothing on BetCrews is a prediction, a guarantee, or betting advice, and no return is promised or projected. Every wager can lose.

Keep your credentials to yourself, and don't impersonate other people, scrape the site, attempt to interfere with other crews' data, or use BetCrews to run a paid tipping service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

BetCrews is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, missed or stale lines, feed outages, incorrect grading, or money that changes hands between crew members. Your remedy if you're unhappy with the service is to stop using it.
