Build a crew, vote on NFL and college games, and track every pick together. Users vote, one public record.
Build your crew
Create a crew for your group and send out the invite link to others. Anyone with the link can join, and you can run as many crews as you want.
Vote the board
The Board shows live NFL and college football lines. Each member picks a side and sets their own unit stake. Votes stay sealed until kickoff, so no one is swayed by the crowd.
Lock the pick
Once enough crew members vote, the majority side locks with the best available odds, timestamped before kickoff. We redirect each member to the best available sportsbook to place their own bet.

A worked example: five picks, one ROI
Each member sizes their own wager in units. We normalize those numbers so every record is comparable, no matter what 1u means to you.

ROI = net units ÷ staked units
1.55u ÷ 9.0u = 17.2% ROI
Note the losses count at full stake, wins pay the price you were locked in at (a -110 win on 2u returns +1.82u, not +2u), and the push returns your stake but still counts as a graded pick. That is why a 2-2-1 record can still show a positive ROI.
How contest points differ
Crew-vs-crew contests ignore unit size so a big unit size can't buy a win. Each graded pick scores 10 for a win, 5 for a push, 0 for a loss, then the crew's total is weighted by turnout (share of members who voted). Five members, four picks right, one push, full turnout = 4×10 + 1×5 = 45 points.

What we don't do
BetCrews is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers, hold funds, or move money between members. We record crew votes and grade them in units for scorekeeping only. Each member places their own real bet at a licensed sportsbook under their own account.
